Workplace investigations and mediations

We assist clients to manage and resolve workplace conflicts through the use of investigation or mediation processes.  Our core expertise is the investigation and mediation of:
  • discrimination and harassment;
  • occupational health and safety breaches (eg bullying);
  • conduct breaches (eg theft); and
  • unfair promotion and disciplinary decisions.
Led by Juliet Bourke (BA, LLB, LLM (Hons) and legal Tribunal Member), our team of legally qualified experts has a broad knowledge of conflicts which may arise in the workplace and suitable resolution strategies (both individual and organisational).  We have developed a particular expertise in managing conflicts which involve a high degree of complexity (eg multiple complainants or respondents), difficulty (eg multiple complaints arising over a lengthy period of time), and sensitivity (eg complaints concerning senior executives and managers).
