Robyn Bailey is an accredited and registered mediator and in addition to conducting workplace mediations and investigations for Aequus Partners, Robyn sits on the Guardianship Tribunal (part-time) and the NSW Law Society panel of mediators.

Robyn Bailey has national experience as a mediator (and as an assessor and facilitator). Robyn's main areas of practice have sexual harassment and assault matters, work-place disputes, and OHS issues (eg bullying).

Robyn Bailey has also been a practising lawyer since 1988, and for more than ten years she was the principal of her own law firm. Robyn's background as a litigator provides valuable insight into the contrast between divergent dispute resolution models.
