Project Management

We believe that the management of a project is critical to ensuring good client relationships and delivering project outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.  We always assign a dedicated project manager who is the key point of contact, but as a specialist consultancy, with a small team of experts, we can provide clients with multiple contact points of expertise.

We work to very strict timeframes in all our projects and this is very much a core commitment of the firm.  Some of our work is attached to public launch dates involving government ministries and requires rigorous attention to time.

Our research approach and framework is not generic cultural change, but draws on academic research and practical workplace understanding to identify and describe specific needs within an organisation, or indeed a national workforce.  We are proud of this point of difference in our line of work, of combining the disciplines of psychology and law to benefit clients.

When working with new clients, we try to ensure an open and transparent communication and reporting system, so that project progress and outcomes are clear to all stakeholders.

Our approach to every project is flexible and the tasks, deliverables, timeframe and budget are carefully developed according to each client's needs. We are able to adapt quickly to changes in project briefs and timeframes as our experience in different industries has shown us how unexpected changes can occur during the life of a project, and these often prove to add value to the project result.
