We develop, implement and evaluate organisational change strategies on diversity, equity, workplace flexibility, bullying and harassment through:- conducting workplace research which may include surveys, focus groups or interviews;
- developing workplace flexibility, equity or diversity policies and strategies;
- conducting evaluations and return on investment analyses on diversity or workplace flexibility initiatives;
- developing and implementing communication strategies; and
- critical analysis and report writing.
