Organisational change

We develop, implement and evaluate organisational change strategies on diversity, equity, workplace flexibility, bullying and harassment through:
  • conducting workplace research which may include surveys, focus groups or interviews;
  • developing workplace flexibility, equity or diversity policies and strategies;
  • conducting evaluations and return on investment analyses on diversity or workplace flexibility initiatives;
  • developing and implementing communication strategies; and
  • critical analysis and report writing.
Led by Dr Graeme Russell, our team of organisational change experts work collaboratively with clients to deliver credible research and practical tailored solutions.  A key focus of our organisational change process is to deliver improved outcomes for individuals, workgroups and the business.

Feedback from our clients:

"Johnson and Johnson Medical has enjoyed partnering with Aequus Partners on several occasions over the last couple of years. Aequus Partners diversity workshops with our senior leadership teams have always been dynamic, practical, action oriented and at all times thought provoking. After working with Aequus Partners our employees were hungry to explore all facets of diversity: culture, thought, leadership styles, gender, work practices and relationships and we are now working to establish a coordinated diversity program across our business. Aequus Partners brought a unique approach to challenging our views on diversity and we look forward to continuing this fascinating journey."

Amanda Towe, Director of Human Resources, Johnson and Johnson Medical

"Aequus Partners conducted an analysis of work practices and behaviours (in a unit in the CSIRO). Their intervention was crucial to the organisation’s capacity to deal with this long-standing situation. Using a clever combination of psychological and legal skills and knowledge, Aequus Partners brought into the open a range of difficult issues impacting on staff retention and morale. People at a range of levels in the organisation were supported to confront difficult reactions to the change process.

I strongly commend Aequus Partners for their nimble use of both psychological and legal expertise in a very tense, high risk, people management matter. The flexible interactive use of their legal and psychological experience was key to a satisfactory solution."
