Anne Mainsbridge, BA, LLB, LLM, Associate

Anne Mainsbridge has almost twenty years experience as an employment lawyer in the public, private and community sectors. Anne specialises in discrimination law and privacy law and until recently, was the acting Senior Solicitor at the Public Interest Advocacy Centre where she represented clients in a number of test cases involving alleged harassment and discrimination. From 2004 to 2006, Anne was the Convener of the Human Rights, Discrimination and Employment group of the New South Wales Combined Community Legal Centres from 2004 to 2006.

Anne Mainsbridge was one of the authors of the NSW Law Society’s 2001 Equal Opportunity and Model Policies Handbook and has provided consultancy services on EEO and diversity management across a broad range of workplaces and industries. Anne has also lectured in Business Law and Labour Law at both Macquarie University and the University of Technology, Sydney.
