Flex-e (premium)
Flex-e (premium) is our comprehensive customisable e-learning programme for managers working with flexibility. It is a one hour interactive programme comprising three modules which focus on managerial knowledge, confidence and implementation skills. Flex-e (premium) includes four engaging videos, audio and activities.
Flex-e (premium) can be customised to include:

- Examples of workplace flexibility from across your organisation

Flex-e (international)
Flex-e (international) is our range of flex-e products which have been customised for organisations located outside Australia (eg New Zealand). Customisation includes narration with a country specific accent, reference to relevant legislation and language.

Flex-e (white label)
Flex-e (white label) is an e-learning programme for managers working with flexibility. It is a 30 minute interactive programme comprising modules which focus on managerial knowledge, confidence and skills.
Flex-e (white label) includes one video, audio and activities. It is not designed to be customised but is ready made to be purchased "off-the-shelf".

Flex-e (toolkit)
Flex-e (toolkit) is a pdf guide for managers working with flexibility which can be used online or in a printable format. It provides background information to enhance a manager’s knowledge about flexibility, and their confidence, however the focus is on building a manager’s implementation skills.
The flex-e (toolkit) therefore includes eight easy to use documents/pro formas which guide managers and employees through: developing a flexibility agreement; communication protocols; redesigning a job; talking about flexibility and evaluating outcomes.

Flex-e (custom built) is our range of learning and development programmes which have been developed for individual clients. These programmes include face-to-face workshops and e-learning formats.
